Delete Your Account

You can delete your Philongo account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Steps
- Open the Philongo app
- Go to More (bottom navigation)
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your email address and authentication credentials
- Learning progress (lesson completions, quiz scores)
- Flashcard review history and scheduling data
- Streaks, XP, and badges
- All synced preferences and settings
This action is permanent.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app.
Users Without an Account
If you use Philongo without creating an account, all your data is stored only on your device. No data is sent to our servers. Simply uninstall the app to remove all data.
